It's based on the MPU-9250 chip, which combines a 3-axis accelerometer (measures acceleration/tilt), a 3-axis gyroscope (measures rotation), and a 3-axis magnetometer (compass).
That's 9 degrees of motion sensing in one tiny package!
It communicates over I2C or SPI, making it easy to hook up to an Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontroller.
It's highly configurable: the gyro range can be set from ±250 to ±2000 degrees per second, and the accelerometer from ±2g to ±16g.
The magnetometer has a ±4800uT range.
Perfect for drone flight controllers, robot navigation, gesture control, or any project where you need to track precise movement and orientation.
The module is small (about 15x25mm) and includes header pins for easy soldering.
